Seattle Space Needle…Captivating!

Seattle Space Needle at NightFor my second post I just had to blog about the Seattle Space Needle. How could I not, right? Built for the World Fair and completed in 1961, it stands 605 feet tall. Although it is very tall, it’s center of gravity is just 5′ making it very stable and able to withstand eath quakes and wind speeds of up to 200 mph!
