Fall is here and it’s time to get your heating and cooling system prepared. In addition to the furnace and air conditioner, you really need to have your chimney cleaned and inspected. As one of the most dangerous structures in your home, a little prevention can go a long way in preventing a chimney fire. The Chimney Safety Institute of America, csia.org has this to say about chimney fires:
If you realize a chimney fire is occurring, follow these steps:
- Get everyone out of the house, including yourself
- Call the fire department if you can do so without risk to yourself

Owners were invited to Judy Gowdy JC Gowdy interior decorators make your living room into one that exude warmth and life. Gowdy, the owners were working on the house before the architect, and David James paneled walls with bright point Anigre washed. Keep the storage cabinets on either side of the fireplace, Gowdy joined a network of offices in lines and extended it to create an emergency by using thin chips
wood and metal. Then you refaced fireplace and more traditional ways. The old gray tweed carpet was removed and replaced by a custom wood, wool and silk hair and odor. “Using the carpet, we have been able to determine the space,” said Gowdy. Piano and complete picture of space and chairs, sofa and a table of the previous home owners have a full match. Now, perform a beautiful harmony of space.
