South Bronx in the early 1980s was a bad place if you are “learning disabled, handicapped, emotionally, school, or were otherwise at risk,” according to Rollins team. Rollins, an artist and a teacher of science and art workshops began in 1982 in order to help disenfranchised young people aged 16-19 Rollins wanted to draw young people to read and create their own art.
Finally, Rollins and young people in the arts and became a team of Rollins, and children’s survival is known. Rollins said: “What we do changes people’s perception of who can be art, how art is created that can be learned and what is possible, because many children have written to the school system. This is our revenge.” South Bronx and Rollins will have the opportunity to many teenagers.

A good kind of getting back to people who have double standards. This world needs a lot of Rollins. To rebuild the mindset of the society and to show the hopeless that help is just around the corner.
